Acceptance

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. ADOR Global Consulting may update these terms, and the version published here is the version that applies.

Information, not advice

Everything published on this site is general information about company formation and corporate services in the United Arab Emirates. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not create a client relationship.

Regulations, thresholds, fees and processing times in the UAE change. Figures and timelines quoted on this site are indicative. Advice specific to your circumstances is given only in writing by a named consultant after we have reviewed your activity list and documents.

Engagement

An engagement begins only when a written proposal has been issued by us and accepted by you. Fees, scope and timelines are set out in that proposal. Government, free zone and bank charges are set by those bodies and are payable in addition, at the rates they publish.

Your obligations

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide. UAE corporate services are subject to anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer rules, and we may decline or discontinue an engagement where required information is not provided or where we are not satisfied as to source of funds.

Third parties and outcomes

Licensing decisions, visa approvals and bank account approvals are made by the relevant government authority, free zone or financial institution. We prepare and present files to the required standard and manage the process, but we do not control and cannot guarantee those decisions or the time they take.

Website availability and links

The site is provided on an as-available basis. We may suspend or withdraw it without notice. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

Intellectual property

All text, design, graphics and layout on this site belong to ADOR Global Consulting unless stated otherwise. You may read and print pages for your own use. Republishing, systematic copying or commercial use requires written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this site. Liability under a signed engagement is governed by that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
